Hi, I'm Andre Wallace, city councilman for Mount Vernon, New York, and owner of Creative Direction Construction and Design. Rain, I'm gonna talk about rain, why sometimes rain annoys me. Well, let me tell you, let me count the ways. Every time it rains, I can't go outside, and I can't play my baseball game because they're always calling it 'cause it's always raining too hard. And in the construction field, rain gets on my nerves sometime, why? Because it stops my jobs, and it keeps me from actually doing the work I need to do. Slows it down, and plus everybody wants to get paid, even though they ain't working. Talk about rain day. No, no, no, no, no, no. Let me tell you something. My roof is still leaking, and it's because of rain, and every time I try to fix it, I have a problem because the water still under the, you know, tarp. It's that rain. Can't do nothing with rain. Puddles, it's messy. Oh, wait a second, sometimes rain is good, though. It depends on if you, you know, if it's, you know, you got the right partner. It's the mood. So, rain is good. Rain has a-- yeah, rain has a good part. It does have some good parts. It's good and bad, it's 50/50, half and half. But I was just upset right now because I was thinking about my leaky roof, and then thinking about the work, you know, stoppage. Not being able to play my sports outside. Basketball court's all wet. But then again, there's the other side to it. Romantic time. So, is rain good? Is rain bad? Tell you the truth, I really don't know. I really don't know. It's 50/50. It all depends on what you feel like that day. It's either good, it's either bad. Maybe it's just neither. Just rain.
